Flush head sprinklers, common in systems from 20 or more years ago, are still very reliable. The pop-up flush head is an effective way to maintain these systems. The brass nozzle comes with an adjustment screw that allows you to reduce the spray pattern to 75 percent of its maximum radius of 15 feet. The brass flush head spray nozzle with male threads is a simple replacement for the flush head nozzle. These flush heads do not have pressure-regulating riser stems and are not sold in California and other states where pressure regulation is required. The recommended operating pressure is 30 PSI, and they are designed for outdoor irrigation with cold water only. Available in full, half, and quarter patterns to accommodate various landscape designs, with fixed nozzle height for shrubs and 1.5-inch pop-up height for lawns. They are compatible with flush heads from major brands like Orbit and Champion. These non-pressure regulating spray heads should be used in compliance with local codes.
